Each plan has one GST-inclusive base price that covers plants through 6 kW. Above 6 kW, the current add-on rates are Basic ₹149/kW, Bronze ₹299/kW, Silver ₹499/kW and Golden ₹749/kW and apply in 0.5 kW steps. Prices currently include 18% GST, and above 25 kW fixed pricing is replaced by a custom quote.
Basic covers 1 service on request. Bronze includes 3 cleanings, Silver includes 6 cleanings and Golden includes 12 cleanings across the plan year. GoClean Care spaces them at even intervals and reminds you before each approved service window.
Basic currently includes the General visit summary with service photos. Bronze and Silver currently include the Full report with meter readings and the before/after service record. Golden currently includes the Monthly running performance summary. Priority service currently applies to Silver and Golden when slots are limited.
Silver includes 1 free chemical wash and Golden includes 3 free chemical washes. A minimum two-calendar-month gap between completed washes applies. Extra chemical washes on request are chargeable.
At 6.5 kW: Basic ₹974, Bronze ₹1,949, Silver ₹3,049 and Golden ₹4,624. At 7 kW: Basic ₹1,048, Bronze ₹2,098, Silver ₹3,298 and Golden ₹4,998.
The displayed amount is the final 18% GST-inclusive public quote for the selected plan and size. It is not a monthly equivalent or a crossed-out discount. Final site conditions and approved exceptions are confirmed before an order is accepted.
On any AMC plan you can reschedule a cleaning free of charge with at least 2 days' notice. Same-day cancellations or unavailable-site visits, where the crew arrives but cannot access the site, are chargeable to cover the trip. If a service credit was applied, it stays used until GoClean Care records the cancellation decision and is returned only when Care waives the allowance. Bronze and Silver currently include Last-Minute Cancellation Protection once each. Golden currently includes Last-Minute Cancellation Protection up to 2 times each year. Basic is pay-as-you-go, so you simply book when it suits you.
You can pay by cash, UPI or bank transfer, upfront or in agreed instalments. Every price shown already includes 18% GST, and each invoice carries our GSTIN and the HSN/SAC code with a clear CGST/SGST breakup. Payment is confirmed only after it is received and matched to your booking.
There is no minimum. We service rooftops from 1 kW upwards, and every plan's flat price covers plants through 6 kW.

Yes. We use soft water and a pH-neutral, PV-approved formulation with no abrasives, high-pressure jets or solvents that affect the glass, frame or lamination. If your installer has specific requirements, tell us at the free site visit and we will work to them.
A standard cleaning takes about 45 to 90 minutes depending on plant size. You do not need to be present, but someone should be available to give roof access. At the end you confirm an OTP on your registered number and the visit is marked complete, with proof images shared straight away.
We reschedule free of charge and no notice is needed when the reason is weather. GoClean Care will call or WhatsApp you to pick a new slot.
For AMC plans you pay upfront for the package or in agreed instalments. For Basic, payment is collected after you confirm the OTP, so you do not pay until you have seen the proof images and confirmed the visit is done.
Yes, at any time. We refund the pro-rata value of your unused cleanings, less the standard rate of any free engineer visits or chemical washes already used. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing date.
Yes. Each solar plant is managed separately with its own plan and schedule, so you could keep a home on Silver and a shop rooftop on Golden, all under one login.

A qualified engineer visit covers inspection, diagnosis and labour. A visit beyond the plan allowance is ₹1,000; repair parts are quoted separately. Bronze includes 1 included visit, Silver includes 2 included visits and Golden includes 4 included visits. Care reviews the request and confirms any charge before a separate engineer visit is scheduled.
